What event production services do you provide?
Sound Collection Events provides audio, video, lighting and technical production for corporate meetings, conferences and live events. We shape the production around your room, audience and objectives.
What types and sizes of events do you support?
We support meetings, general sessions, breakout rooms, panels, brand activations, concerts, galas and private events. Tell us your expected attendance and venue so we can recommend an appropriate production approach.
Do you provide setup and on-site technicians?
Yes. Professional setup and on-site technical support are available. Your proposal will outline the crew, equipment and support included for your event.
Can I rent equipment without production support?
We focus on managed event production rather than equipment-only rentals. If you need a sound, video or lighting solution, tell us about the event and the support you need.
Planning your event
Do I need a completed RFP or technical plan?
No. Share what you know so far. We can start with your event goals and help identify the production needs. Attach an RFP, schedule or venue document only if you already have one.
What should I include in my event request?
Include the event type, city or venue, approximate attendance and what you need help with. Add your date and AV/production budget if known. Tentative dates and unconfirmed venues are welcome—you don’t need to know power requirements or equipment specifications to get started.
How is my production proposal priced?
Each proposal is tailored to the event. The venue, schedule, audience size, equipment and crew requirements all affect the scope. Share a target AV/production budget if you have one, or select “Need Recommendation” on the request form.
Can you work with my venue or event planner?
Yes. We coordinate with venues, planners, producers and other vendors on the technical production. If you already have a planning team or venue contact, let us know when you inquire.
Do you work outside Las Vegas?
We primarily serve Las Vegas and the surrounding area. Travel outside Southern Nevada is available depending on the event’s scope. Include the location in your request so we can review it.
Booking and next steps
How early should I book? Can you handle short notice?
Contact us as soon as you have an event in mind, even if some details are still tentative. Short-notice requests may be possible depending on equipment and crew availability.
How do I reserve my event date?
A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your date. Sending an event request begins the conversation; it does not reserve the date or commit you to a booking.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Sound Collection Events carries liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) when required by your venue or organization. Share any insurance requirements with our team.
